Returns and refunds

Email support@peppers.bio, or use the contact form. Include your order number (it starts with PEP-) and what is wrong.

There is no returns portal and no automatic return label. A person reads the message and replies by email, and no vial should be sent back to us before we have replied.

• An order that arrived damaged, short, or with the wrong item in the box.
• An order the carrier confirms as lost or undeliverable.
• An order cancelled before it ships. Once a shipping label has been bought we cannot recall the parcel.

Because these are research materials, an unopened vial that has left our control cannot be put back into stock and resold. That is why we ask you to write to us first rather than post anything back unannounced.

Not set yet: Peppers Peptides LLC has not set a fixed returns window or a restocking fee. Until it does, this page states no number rather than an invented one — write to us and we will tell you where your order stands.

A refund goes back by the same route the payment arrived. A card payment is refunded through the payment processor and appears on the original card; how long your bank takes to post it is up to your bank, not to us.

A payment made by bank transfer cannot be reversed automatically — that money moved bank to bank, outside this site — so it is sent back by hand. We will tell you which of the two applies to your order rather than leaving you to guess.

You will get an email when a refund is recorded. If a refund fails on the processor’s side, we are alerted and will follow up with you.

An order placed but not paid for is cancelled automatically 24 hours after it is created, and no money changes hands. Nothing needs to be returned or refunded in that case — place a new order when you are ready.

Everything peppers sells is supplied strictly for laboratory research use only and is not for human or veterinary use. We cannot accept a return, a claim, or a complaint premised on any use of these materials in or on a person or an animal, and we cannot discuss such use. See research use only.
