Terms of service

Everything sold here is supplied strictly for laboratory research use only, and is not for human or veterinary use.

This is a condition of sale, not a disclaimer at the bottom of a page. Placing an order is your confirmation that you are buying for research use and will not administer these materials to, or supply them for use in, a person or an animal. The full terms of that confirmation are on the research use only page and form part of these terms.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• You must be ordering for a laboratory or research setting qualified to handle research chemicals.
• You are responsible for complying with the laws and institutional rules that apply where you are, including any restriction on possessing or importing what you order.

Prices are in US dollars and are the prices shown at checkout. Your order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we accept it, and we may decline or cancel an order — before or after payment — including where an item is out of stock, a price or listing was wrong, we cannot verify the order, or the order appears to be for a use these terms exclude. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it.

• A minimum order value may apply. Any minimum in force is shown at checkout.
• Promotional codes are subject to their own conditions and may be withdrawn or applied only to qualifying orders.
• Stock is finite and is only reserved once an order is paid for. Adding an item to a cart does not hold it.

Payment is taken at checkout through a third-party payment processor, or, where that option is offered, by a bank-to-bank transfer you send yourself. We never receive or store your full card number.

An order that is created but not paid for is cancelled automatically 24 hours after it is created, and the order record is removed. No money changes hands, and you are free to order again.

Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to Virginia addresses and shown as its own line before you pay. Separately stated shipping charges are not taxed.

We ship to United States addresses only. Rates, methods, and what our delivery estimates do and do not promise are set out on the shipping page. Delivery dates are estimates, never guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery by the carrier.

Problems with an order are handled by email — see the returns page, which forms part of these terms. Refunds are issued to the original payment route. A payment made by bank transfer is returned by hand, because it cannot be reversed automatically.

You do not need an account to order. If you create one, keep your credentials to yourself: you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at support@peppers.bio if you think it has been used without your permission. We may suspend an account used in breach of these terms.

• Do not resell, repackage, or supply anything bought here for human or veterinary use.
• Do not scrape, probe, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or its systems.
• Do not use our name, wordmark, photography, or copy to imply an endorsement, partnership, or authorised-reseller relationship that does not exist. See the affiliate page: there is no such program today.
• Site content, images, and text belong to Peppers Peptides LLC or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Material is tested for identity and purity by an independent third-party lab before it is listed, and any certificate we publish describes the batch tested. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, the site and everything sold on it are provided “as is”, without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here is a warranty of any result in your hands. See the disclaimer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peppers Peptides LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify Peppers Peptides LLC against claims arising from your breach of these terms, and in particular from any use of these materials in or on a human or an animal — a use they are expressly not sold for.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms. The version in force for an order is the version published when the order was placed; the date at the top of this page is when this text was last changed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts sitting in Virginia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
